Warrior Tradition

Nationwide, Menominee County, Wis., leads in per capita U.S. Army enlistments. The Menominee tribe occupies this land, and they're proud of their tradition of service. Is the high enlistment due to what tribal leaders call "warrior tradition?" Or is extreme poverty and a lack of options what leads young boys to enlist?
